1. Applicability
These terms apply to registration for and participation in the free online communication event ("the event") organised by Berov ("we", "us"). By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. The event
The event is free, takes place online and live on the announced date and time, and lasts approximately two hours. Registration is done via the form on the website. After registering, you receive a confirmation and the access link by email.
3. Recording and footage
The event is recorded — both video and audio — for content, promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of footage and audio in which you are visible or audible, on our website, social media and in other materials.
Don't want to appear on camera or audio? Keep your camera and microphone off during the event. Questions you type or ask out loud may be shared; do not share information you would not want to be public.
4. Changes and cancellation
We may change the date, time or content of the event, or cancel it. In case of a change or cancellation, we will inform you in good time by email. As the event is free, no right to compensation arises from this.
5. Intellectual property
All content of the event — presentations, materials, exercises and recordings — is and remains the property of Berov. You may not record, share or distribute the event yourself without our written permission.
6. Liability
The event is informational in nature. We provide valuable content but give no guarantee of specific results. Our liability for damage arising from participation is limited to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.
7. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy below.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.

Berov is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy.

- First name and email address you provide when registering.
- Technical data via our website (such as IP address and browsing behaviour), where applicable.
- Any questions or messages you send us.

- To register you for the event and send you the confirmation, reminders and access link.
- To send you the recording (if shared) and related information afterwards.
- To send you emails about our workshops, webinars and offerings, as long as you have given consent or have not unsubscribed.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent and — for informing existing contacts about similar offerings — on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of every email.
5. Who processes your data on our behalf
We use external parties that process data on our behalf:
- MailerLite — for sending emails and managing the registration list.
- Streaming platform, e.g. Zoom] — for streaming and recording the event live.
- Our website host and funnel software.
Data processing agreements are or will be in place with these parties. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion — unless we are legally required to retain data for longer.
7 . Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
